What if I need help to verify I'm a PGE customer and complete my order?

Please contact customer support at portland@care.enervee.com or +1 888 684 8676 to complete the customer verification process. Our customer support team will ask you to provide a recent copy of your PGE bill, and a custom link will be provided to complete your order:

  1. Enter the custom link into your browser that will direct you to the APS Marketplace home page
  2. Add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process
  3. A green confirmation banner should appear
  4. Continue through checkout to complete your order

NOTE: the custom link is only valid for 7 days, if a yellow banner appears, you might have already used your link or waited too long to use it. Please contact us for help.
